Join Chef Chris for an immersive late-summer evening of bold, globally inspired flavours and refined culinary technique. The experience begins with sweet corn chowder built from freshly grilled corn, highlighting how heat and caramelization deepen seasonal flavour, with attention to fresh herbs and precision knife work throughout.

The main course features curried butter prawns with jeera rice, minted raita, and grilled flatbread — where Chef Chris demonstrates how to build a layered curry sauce from scratch, properly clean and prepare prawns, and balance spice, richness, and freshness in a composed plate. The evening finishes with a striking tamarind and white chocolate crème brûlée, torched to perfection for a bittersweet, silky finale.
