Chef Chris has dedicated this evening to teaching you the art of fine dining at home.  Join Chef Chris for an elegant evening beginning with an ultra-rich triple-cream mushroom soup, then demonstrate a beautiful Salmon Wellington wrapped in puff pastry with herbed cheese and spinach, served with a classic dill beurre blanc and seasonal sides. Finish the night with a decadent dark chocolate pâté, thoughtfully presented and perfect for chocolate lovers.
