Our luxurious seasons final!  Join us for a festive night of indulgent flavours and refined cooking techniques with Chef Chris. Begin with decadent shrimp bisque with cognac, cream, and toasted pine nuts, then savour confit leg of Muscovy duck with a rich red wine and juniper reduction, roasted garlic smashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Chef Chris has saves the best for last, a Basque-style “burnt” cheesecake, served with macerated berries and whipped cream — a truly memorable evening before the Christmas rush.
