CRUSHED ORANGE EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

This nicely fluid extra virgin olive oil combines the taste of orange pulp and the bitter touch of orange zest to reveal fruity yet delicate flavours.

Uses

Mix our orange extra virgin olive oil with our Favuzzi organic white condiment to make a delicious fruity vinaigrette. It will delight you drizzled over fennel (braised or in a salad), or as a marinade for shrimp or chicken breasts. Try it in desserts such as citrus cake, brownies or dark chocolate cream.

Distinctives attributes

This extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing Coratina olives together with ripe organic Italian oranges. This is the secret behind its unique taste, impossible to achieve with other methods such as flavouring or infusing.
