Join us for an elegant evening where summer’s finest ingredients meet refined technique and indulgent flavour.
Chef Chris will demonstrate how to roll and bake a delicate Mushroom Strudel, golden and flaky, paired with fresh asparagus and vibrant strawberry compote. Chef will teach you how to properly render Muscovy Duck Breast to crisp perfection and grill tender Lamb Chops, finishing the plate with a rich blackberry wine reduction and roasted garlic smashed potatoes.
The centrepiece is a stunning duo of duck and lamb, complemented by young top carrots and layered with bold summer flavour. To finish, enjoy a silky Chocolate Grand Marnier Pâté with berry coulis, fresh berries, and velvety crème anglaise — decadent, balanced, and beautifully plated.
