Chef Chris begins the evening by demonstrating essential knife skills, teaching practical slicing and dicing techniques used throughout the menu — from crisp vegetables for a vibrant Classic Greek Salad to beautifully prepared ingredients that elevate simple dishes into something special.

Chef will teach you how to build a flavour-packed Tandoori Marinade for Chicken Thighs, preparing cooling Yogurt Raita from scratch. Following, Chef will guide you in creating a stunning plate of Tandoori-Style Barbecue Chicken with grilled vegetables, and share his secret for perfect scented basmati rice, and creamy raita — balanced, bold, and perfect for summer entertaining. To finish, enjoy an elegant Strawberry Tiramisu, layered with fresh berries.
