Easy Summer Grilling! Tues. July 7th

Join Chef Chris for a summer grilling evening celebrating bold flavours and effortless outdoor cooking. While learning knife skills, smart prep, and how to build flavour-packed grill toppings, Chef Chris will demonstrate two mouthwatering flatbreads — spinach & artichoke and smoky bacon cheeseburger — perfect for easy outdoor entertaining.

Next, juicy beef and lamb kofta kebabs are served with a bright orzo salad and fresh-made tzatziki, prepared live as Chef Chris demonstrates seasoning, herb layering, and classic Mediterranean balance. And finally, finish on a sweet note with minted strawberry panna cotta and strawberry-mango coulis — a fresh, elegant dessert to close the evening.
