Begin with a Mixed Mushroom Ragout, a medley of mushrooms, herbs, wine, and mustard nestled in a delicate puff pastry case. For the main course, enjoy Chicken Florentine—tender free-range chicken filled with ricotta and spinach, finished with a warm red pepper coulis, new potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. Conclude with a decadent Chocolate Pâté, silky, rich, and beautifully presented for a luxurious finale.
