Watch as he prepares a rich loaded potato soup layered with bacon, cheddar, sour cream, and chives, followed by homemade beef bauletti—large, tender stuffed pasta parcels—served with a rustic tomato and basil sauce and pecorino cheese. The evening concludes with a silky chocolate cheesecake mousse presented in a crisp brandy snap basket. A delicious and warming chef-led demonstration perfect for the dead of winter.
