Welcome to an intimate evening of French-inspired elegance and bold technique. Chef Chris will begin by showing you how to prepare a stunning Baked Brie in Phyllo with Roasted Garlic, Spiced Apricot Jam and mixed greens.  Next up, Chef will teach you how to build flavour in saffron-scented cous cous and then create a seared Atlantic Salmon with Beaujolais Beurre Blanc, and delicate julienne vegetable finish and  from the ground up. 

To end the evening, you’ll learn how to make a classic Lemon-Scented Panna Cotta with vibrant Raspberry Coulis.
