Tonigh, Chef Chris will demonstrate how to roll and cut fresh pasta from scratch, creating silky fettuccine to accompany bold, beautifully seasoned seafood. You’ll learn the technique behind perfectly blackened Atlantic salmon, seared with our Cajun Blackening Seasoning and finished with bourbon and lemon for a smoky, vibrant finish.
The evening begins with an ultra-creamy Triple Cream Mushroom Soup — rich and velvety. The main course features blackened salmon served over fresh fettuccine with seasonal vegetables.
To finish, enjoy a decadent Dark Chocolate Pâté paired with bright Raspberry Coulis, made from scratch — deeply chocolatey and perfectly balanced.
