Begin with velvety triple-cream mushroom soup and warm herbed biscuits, followed by a mouthwatering bacon and cranberry stuffed pork tenderloin, finished with a grainy mustard sauce and accompanied by buttery spaetzle and braised red cabbage. Chef Chris will create the sweet finale, a silky rum and eggnog crème brûlée to end this European culinary adventure.
