Celebrate the fresh spring flavours that Elgin has to offer as Chef Chris demonstrates a range of techniques throughout the evening. He’ll guide you through fresh pasta making from scratch, showing you how to roll and shape it before finishing it with a silky Classic Alfredo Sauce. You’ll also learn proper panfrying techniques for Lake Erie Pickerel, achieving a crisp, golden finish complemented by a bright lemon and caper sauce.

Follow along with your recipes as Chef takes you through tonight’s delicious menu, beginning with a vibrant Seasonal Asparagus & Strawberry Salad featuring local greens, walnuts, blue cheese, and house-made Sherry Vinaigrette. The main course showcases delicate Pan-Fried Pickerel atop Fresh Fettuccine Alfredo, finished with pearl vegetables. To end the evening, enjoy a playful Strawberry Margarita Tiramisu, layered with ladyfingers, fresh strawberries, and a splash of tequila.
