Join us for an evening of Southern Elegance with French refinement.

Chef Chris will guide you through a creamy Carolina-Style She Crab Soup, paired with golden Cornbread Waffles made alongside the group. You’ll learn how to prepare a bright Tomato Concassé to accompany tender Chicken Cordon Rouge, stuffed with prosciutto and Gruyère, served with baby potatoes and fresh asparagus.

To finish, Chef will demonstrate how to make delicate Tuile dessert Garnishes and teach you how to expertly torch a classic Crème Brûlée for a sweet finale to your culinary journey from Carolina to France.
