Join us for an aromatic evening of global comfort cooking and slow-simmered flavours. The class begins with mixed mushroom and chèvre strudel finished with a grainy mustard sauce, where guests explore balance, acidity, and building depth in savoury sauces.

The main course features Moroccan-style lamb tagine, slowly cooked in the versatile Emile Henry Tagine and served with buttered couscous, garlic yogurt sauce, and warm pita-style bread. Guests will explore layering spice and slow-cooking technique as each element comes together. The evening finishes with pumpkin cheesecake mousse in a pastry basket and pomegranate crème anglaise — a refined seasonal dessert with warm spice and brightness.
