Learn how to make Vietnamese fresh rolls with shrimp, rice vermicelli, and herbs wrapped in rice paper and served with sweet chili sauce. Then prepare Thai-style chicken lettuce wraps—sweet, savoury, and incredibly simple to recreate at home. Finish with Indonesian pork satay rolls, combining tender grilled pork, crushed roasted peanuts, and bean sprouts rolled in rice paper and served warm with a rich peanut dipping sauce. A delicious, skill-building daytime class perfect for fans of bright, fresh flavours.
