Asian Inspirations! Wed. Mar 4th (Daytime)

Join Chef Chris for an Asian-inspired afternoon featuring three flavourful favourites. He’ll begin by demonstrating assorted California-style sushi rolls, served as your first course with wasabi, pickled ginger, and carrots. Then enjoy Tom Kah Gai, a warming Thai chicken and coconut soup that’s simple and delicious. The evening finishes with Singapore noodles—a lightly spiced curry stir-fried noodle dish made with chicken, pork, shrimp, and fresh chow mein.
