Join Chef Chris for an inspiring afternoon exploring the bold, vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia while sharpening your knife skills and building kitchen confidence. In this three-course demonstration class, you’ll pick up expert cutting techniques and plating tips as Chef Chris prepares a menu designed to excite the senses.

Enjoy a taste of Tom Kha Gai, a fragrant Thai-style coconut chicken soup; Pork & Shrimp Pad Thai stir-fried with rice noodles, vegetables, and toasted peanuts; and Vietnamese-Style Fresh Rolls filled with shrimp, rice noodles, and crisp vegetables, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
