Join Chef Chris for a Southern-inspired comfort cooking experience celebrating bold flavours, baking, and classic skillet techniques. The class begins with blueberry and lemon scones made with wild foraged blueberries, where guests explore baking fundamentals and the balance of texture and glaze.

The experience continues with southern-style chicken and buttermilk waffles finished with hot honey, alongside sweet potato hash cooked on the plancha for crisp texture and layered flavour. Guests will also prepare individual bacon and mushroom frittatas, finishing with fresh fruit for a bright, comforting seasonal finale.
