Join Chef Chris for an aromatic evening of bold South Asian-inspired flavours and spice-led technique. The experience begins with crisp vegetable pakora and vibrant tamarind dipping sauce, exploring balance through heat, acidity, and layered spices.

The main course features rich butter chicken with fragrant jeera rice, grilled naan, and dal masoor, as Chef Chris demonstrates how to build depth in curry sauces and balance texture across the plate. The evening finishes with oolong tea panna cotta and mango sauce — a light, elegant dessert to close a spice-forward experience.
