Creamy, silky, and perfectly balanced, this white sauce brings together Roman heritage and modern indulgence.

Uses: 
Perfect for coating fettuccine, tagliatelle, or gnocchi, it also pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables or roasted chicken. For an even smoother finish, add ¼ to ½ cup of pasta cooking water to the sauce before mixing. This simple trick helps the sauce cling to the pasta and enhances its velvety texture.
