Then explore the foundations of Italian-American cooking with Chicken Parmigiana, featuring crisp breaded chicken, rustic tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and fresh fettuccine primavera. Finish with individually prepared tiramisu, layered and presented with elegant detail. A fresh, spring-inspired Italian demonstration class that highlights essential skills and timeless flavours.
