Strawberry and early summer patio season is just around the corner! 

Join Chef Chris and start the evening in making a refreshing Chilled Strawberry Soup from scratch, finished with toasted almonds and house-made Crème Fraîche. You’ll watch as he grills tender Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki, prepares authentic Tzatziki from scratch, and builds classic Greek-Style Lemon-Oregano Potatoes with fresh green beans.

To end the evening, Chef will create a warm Baklava Tartlet, layered with spiced walnuts and almonds in crisp phyllo, served with whipped cream.
