Join Chef Chris for a Mid-Summer Date Night celebrating elegant seasonal dining and beautifully balanced flavours. The evening begins with grilled halloumi, basil-marinated tomatoes, and warm grilled pita.

Next, the highlight of the evening is a luxurious duo of grilled lamb chops and quail, where Chef Chris demonstrates techniques for perfect seasoning, timing, and tenderness to elevate these premium proteins into a restaurant-worthy centrepiece. Smashed red skin potatoes and seasonal vegetables complete the plate. The evening finishes with a delightful seasonal plum galette in puff pastry, toasted almonds, and gin-infused custard sauce for a sweet finale to your culinary experience.
