Bake traditional Irish Soda Bread with Caraway Seeds, then prepare Braised Short Ribs with Port Stanley Brewery Stout and Root Vegetables. Pair it with creamy Colcannon (mashed potatoes with cabbage and leeks), and end on a sweet note with a luscious Baileys Irish Cream Mousse. Sláinte!
