Moroccan cuisine is known for lamb however this aromatic spice blend is also wonderful on chicken, pork and steak. Use as a dry rub before grilling or marinade by adding to ¼ c. citrus juice or red wine and ½ c. olive oil. Marinade meat in refrigerator for 2 hrs before cooking.
