A unique condiment, with a piquant taste and an intense and long-lasting flavour, ideal to give vivacity to hot meals, but also to be used raw, comes from the simultaneous grinding of Peranzana olives, typical of the North of Puglia, and fresh chilli pepper, which is cultivated and processed by Bio Orto.

The Bio Orto Organic Chilli Pepper Flavoured is an excellent organic product which preserves all the gustatory and olfactory peculiarities of the ingredients used, thanks to a processing technique in which Peranzana olives and chilli pepper are ground together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C.

A unique procedure which distinguishes this product from the majority of the flavoured condiments available on the market and which ensures its high quality. Furthermore, with the Chilli Pepper Flavoured you can serve all the flavour and scent of its aroma even in cold seasons.

Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil (87%) and organic fresh chilli pepper (13%).

Pairings: Ideal for flavouring bruschetta, meat or fish marinades, legume soups, hard cheeses and to give a stronger flavour to pizza. It is perfect as a condiment for pasta, particularly spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper.

Conservation method: Store in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
