Tandoori Spice Blend
Tandoori is actually a style of cooking by slow-roasting food in a clay oven, we are familiar with tandoori representing a flavour rather than a method. Even without a clay pot, this seasoning will make a wonderful tandoori-style chicken right in your own oven or BBQ. Rub this blend directly on meat, or mix with plain yogurt for a marinade. Contains: Organic Coriander, cumin, paprika, ginger, turmeric and cayenne.
