Sharpen your culinary skills with this immersive Southeast Asian cooking class led by Chef Chris. You'll be hands-on as Chef instructs you to prepare perfectly rolled shrimp fresh rolls served with Thai sweet chili sauce. Next Chef Chris will demonstrate the foundations of Indonesian cooking as you learn to marinate, skewer, and grill tender pork satay, paired with fragrant coconut rice and a smooth peanut sauce. Finally, Chef Chris will teach you how to balance aromatics, build depth of flavour, and create a silky, restaurant-quality finish with our MasterChef-inspired lemongrass, ginger & coconut soup. An afternoon of flavour and hands-on learning!
