Begin with Stracciatella alla Romana, where you’ll learn how this traditional Roman chicken and egg-drop soup achieves its delicate texture and depth. Then explore the fundamentals of pan-searing and sauce development as Chef Chris prepares tender veal piccata with lemon, capers, and butter, paired with fresh homemade fettuccine primavera. Chef will sweeten your culinary experience with a classic finale, tiramisu using mascarpone, savoiardi biscuits, and coffee liqueur.
