Celebrate the season with a culinary journey through Europe as Chef Chris guides you in creating a festive menu rich with tradition, flavour, and flair.

Begin with a classic Scotch Broth, a hearty beef (or lamb) and barley soup enhanced with a splash of whisky for depth and warmth. Then, learn to prepare Roasted Stuffed Pork Tenderloin—fresh Ontario pork butterflied and filled with bacon, onions, and cranberries, served with pommery mustard sauce with roasted chateau potatoes, and a spaghetti squash nest. End on a decadent note with Rum and Eggnog Mousse, nestled in a crisp brandy snap casket and finished with a rum and brown sugar glaze.

Chef Chris will share professional tips for layering flavour, mastering timing, and elevating presentation to bring the spirit of a European Christmas feast to your own holiday table.
