Your event will begin as Chef shares her tips in making a velvety roasted squash bisque, elevated with a vibrant spiced pepita gremolata—a perfect balance of richness and texture. Next, learn the art of preparing mouth watering chicken supreme, cooked to golden perfection and finished with a luxurious grape and wine pan sauce that highlights the natural sweetness of the season.

For your final course, Chef will instruct you in creating a stunning apple mille-feuille, learning to work with delicate layers of pastry and a silky maple pastry cream—a showstopper finale worthy of any fall table.
