Throughout this flavour-filled holiday class, you'll savour  smoked salmon mousse served in crisp cucumber cups, bacon-wrapped figs with balsamic reduction, endive spears with curried apricot chicken, phyllo-wrapped brie with cranberry-shallot sauce, and risotto balls with pesto cream.
