Join Chef Niha for a hands-on introduction to Croissant-making Masterclass and your introduction to the delicate world of laminated dough. The class will begin with Strawberry Cream Cheese Danishes or Cheese Puffs. Chef Niha will take you through the details of processing laminated dough, the foundation for achieving fluffy buttery and flakey pastries. Each student will be working with their own piece of laminated dough to roll, cut, shape, proof, and bake on-site. Chef will teach you the necessary techniques to filling your croissants with your choice of fillings. Each participant will take home a variety of hand-made sweet or savoury croissants made with professional-level results, even for beginners. Suitable for a Vegetarian Diet.
