Learn how to expertly marinate beef sirloin in red wine and spices, achieve tender results through slow cooking, and finish with a silky gravy. The dish is paired with fresh buttered noodles and haricots verts, highlighting timing and plating techniques. This culinary experience concludes with pastry skills as Chef Chris prepares a Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart in a delicate phyllo crust, finished with a cinnamon sauce anglaise for elegant presentation.
