Warm up with a taste of Britain's refined comfort food and hands-on culinary instruction led by Chef Julie. You’ll learn foundational techniques behind a seasonal, elegant menu rooted in classic Anglo-French cuisine.

Begin with a silky Carrot & Parsnip Soup, where you’ll discover how to build flavour through gentle roasting and careful seasoning. Then you will move on to mastering a stunning main course: Beef Tenderloin with Yorkshire Pudding, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Pan Jus. Chef Julie will guide you through proper searing and resting techniques, the secrets to lofty Yorkshire puddings, and building a rich jus to bring it all together.

End the evening on a sweet and fragrant note with Earl Grey Crème Brûlée, learning the art of tempering and torching for that perfect caramelized finish. This class is fantastic as we begin planning for our holiday feasts!
