Not to be confused with curry powder, Curry Leaf has a distinct and irreplaceable flavour.Traditionally, Curry Leaves are toasted in oil in the cooking pan before any other ingredients are added. As they toast, the leaves start to release it's aromas and flavors which will infuse the dish cooked in the pan. Contains organic Curry Leaf.
