Our aromatic blend Panch Phoron, also known as Bengali 5 Spice, is made in the traditional way with organic spices including fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, mustard and fennel seeds. It works wonderfully to flavor lentils, vegetable stir-fries, pickles and at times, even with meat. Heat panch phoran in oil until popping before adding your ingredients. Contains Mustard.
