Marjoram is one of our favourite herbs and is a well established culinary herb in Europe. Dried Marjoram is widely used in sausages; so much so that in Germany it is known as Wurstkraute or “sausage herb”. Marjoram has a slightly sweet and citrusy favour which is paired will in vegetable dishes such as cabbage and is wonderful sprinkled over hash browned potatoes. Organic.
