Fenugreek is native to Southern Europe and is a member of the pea family. The seeds have a strong nutty flavor and they are distinctly sweet. Whole seeds are often added to chutneys. Fenugreek goes well with white cheese, cauliflower, white sauce, and mashed potatoes. Organic.
