COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS!

Makes 1 Lb. (454g)

Ingredients

200 g smoked salmon( hot smoked)
1 250g package plain cream cheese(softened)
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped shallot
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation- In a food processor place the Salmon, the garlic, shallots and lemon juice and puree until very smooth, add in the cream cheese a little at a time still at high speed, let the puree run for about 2 minutes, add in the parsley mix some more and season to your taste with the salt and black pepper, the mixture will be fluffy and pipeable at this point. Make a day ahead and refrigerate to let flavours marry well, serve on a cracker and with some Holiday spice Cranberry sauce  for a fun twist.
