Ingredients

For the Tiramisu mix

3 oz brown sugar

1tsp Gingerbread spice mix

1oz. Light rum

3 oz softened cream cheese

10 oz Mascarpone Cheese

Pinch salt

2 drops Vanilla extract

Method of preparation- in a mixing bowl or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat together the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, rum and salt, whip at med-high speed til creamy and well incorporated, add in the mascarpone cheese and continue whipping , should be very creamy and fluffy, return to a clean container and set in fridge until ready to assemble the tartlets.

Either make your own phyllo  shells in a mini muffin pan or you can also buy the phylo shells at some supermarkets frozen.

Spoon or use a piping bag to fill tart shells, dust with gingerbread spice and serve.
