Caprese Watermelon Salad

This salad is what summer dreams are made of! 

Juicy and sweet watermelon paired with fresh creamy mozzarella and balsamic glaze. Need I say more? 

Ingredients:

• 1 small watermelon, sliced
• 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
• 1 mozzarella ball, sliced
• 3-4 leaves fresh basil, whole
• Maldon sea salt flakes
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Extra-virgin olive oil
• Balsamic glaze

Instructions:

1. Slice watermelon, mozzarella, and tomatoes into 1/2” thick slices. Cut watermelon into circles or squares.
2. On a serving dish, alternate slices of mozzarella, watermelon, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil, flaky sea salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze and serve.
