Tonight, step into a French bistro kitchen in this elegant class as Chef Chris guides you through each dish with step-by-step instruction and key demos throughout the evening.

Your evening will begin with technique forward learning assembling a delicate Brie and Mushroom Phyllo Purse, paired with micro greens, peach coulis, and a ponzu vinaigrette. Then, learn the foundations of fresh pasta making with Seafood Bauletti: tender pasta parcels filled with basil-scented shrimp and crab, finished in a tomato crema with crispy fried leeks and pecorino.

Finish your experience as Chef will demonstrate the secrets to perfect caramelization and whipped crème chantilly as you prepare a decadent Chocolate Crème Brûlée with a crisp, crackling top.
