You’ll start by mastering Guyere-style Gougères—light, airy cheese puffs made from pâte à choux dough—perfect for entertaining or pairing with wine. Then, dive into the art of making Coq au Vin, a timeless French classic simmered with red wine, Pepper Tree's own Herbs de Provence, and aromatics, served with roasted garlic potatoes. For dessert, Chef will lead you in creating delicate French Cardamom-scented Berry Crêpes bursting with late-summer flavour.
