Damson Plum - Ingredients: Damson Plums and Sugar. This unique tiny plum is very tart but makes a fabulous jam. Make your own plum sauce by adding a little water then heating this jam gently. Enjoy with chicken, ham, pork or seafood.

Gooseberry - Ingredients: Sugar and Gooseberries. Our most tart flavour in our jam collection, made from the lovely little green gooseberry. This classic jam is a rare find but we have been making it since 1934. We also use these same gooseberries in our Triple Berry Jam.

Pure Peach - Ingredients: Peaches and Sugar. Niagara’s famous fruit comes alive in this flavourful variety. Hand-picked peaches are cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sugar. Try it over ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake, waffles or as a glaze for pork and chicken.

Rhubarb Strawberry - Ingredients: Rhubarb, Strawberries and Sugar. Always a favourite, the delicately sweet strawberry and stalks of rhubarb, are mixed to deliver a fragrantly delicious spread.
