Urfa Biber is a dreid Trkish chili pepper also known as Isot Pepper is cultivated in the Urfa region of Turkey. It is often described as having a smoky, raisin like flavour. Expect a slight smokiness and medium heat. Excellent in pilaf and egg dishes.
