BioOrto Organic Lemon EVOO

With a delicate and long-lasting scent and a fresh and light flavour, a unique and organic condiment comes from the highly scented fresh lemons which are crushed simultaneously with Peranzana olives, typical of the North of Puglia.

The Bio Orto Organic Lemon Flavoured is a high quality product thanks to the excellence of the ingredients and the processing technique in which Peranzana olives and whole lemons are ground together at a constant and controlled temperature of 27°C.

This process makes it possible to obtain an extraordinarily scented condiment, capable of enhancing the flavour of hot meals, but also of being used raw. A unique procedure which distinguishes this product from the majority of the flavoured condiments available on the market and which ensures its high quality. Furthermore, with the Lemon Flavoured you can serve all the flavour and scent of its aroma even in cold seasons.

Ingredients: Organic extra virgin olive oil (90%) and organic fresh lemon (10%).

Pairings: Ideal for seasoning cooked and raw vegetables or first courses and to flavour fish-based dishes, particularly tartare. It is perfect to prepare cakes such as the yoghurt cake by partly substituting it for EVOO or butter. Indeed, the flavour of the lemon will make the cake more delicate, by masking the flavour of the egg.
