Pure ocean Sea Salt is formed when salt water evaporates creating crystals. Our sea salt is course or ground for use at the table or in a salt mill. Add salt to pots from your hand or a pinch dish to prevent trapped cooking vapours from spoiling your salt. Sea Salt does not contain table salt additives such as iodine and has a distinctly softer flavor.
