Let's set the table for a season of gratitude with Chef Chris as he presents a flavourful Thanksgiving menu designed to inspire your holiday table.
Begin with a rich and creamy Leek and Potato Chowder, a long-time favourite that layers young leeks, celery, and potatoes with aromatics, finished with cream and topped with crispy fried leeks for texture and depth. Next, enjoy a nostalgic twist on tradition with Turkey à la King, featuring tender turkey, onions, and peppers in a savoury sauce, served in a golden puff pastry case, alongside saffron rice and haricots verts—a comforting and elegant main course.
Ending on a sweet note, Chef Chris will prepare a warm, spiced Apple & Cranberry Bread Pudding, finished with a generous drizzle of rum sauce and topped with toasted almond croquant.
